Also curious about the torque output. 225hp at the wheels is great for this old rig.

That seems off, your dyno sheet should have come with torque numbers, the hp rating is figured by the torque which the dyno meter reads. Dyno does not read hp.

you are telling me. I agree it is weird that it does not show torque, but i guess it is to boost the cummins guys egos but those are the three dyno sheets i received after i dynod. that and a t-shirt for the event and a sticker is all i got. So I would agree, and you aren't the first to say something, but what can I do.

How much do you think the intercooler adds? I am gradually searching for turbo parts for my 94 idi and I would like to have a realistic goal in mind. If I can even get to 200hp that would be adequate for me I think

My guess is between 15-30 hp gain. I am not 100% sure. This year their was a kid there with a factory turbo truck pump turned up, wastegate disabled, and a 3'' dp - 4'' exhaust who made 191 whp at 15 psi. but yet the owner of R&d dynod his factory truck and timed it, turned the pump up and disabled the wastegate for 214whp.
Also the fact that i was only at 7 psi may have made a difference instead of the 15 psi i now see. And also I sealed up a drive pressure leak which im sure helped power as well.

Bottom line, the intercooler makes a difference. How big i am not sure because i went from na to turbod and intercooled but on a steep climb egts stay where they should and i still have good power. Thats the whole point of a intercooler, cooler air yes, but to keep cool air on long pulls.
Also just turboing with a healthy fuel system, and a healthy engine should put you right close to 200 hp. I can tell you going from a very well running na truck to a turbo truck is night and day difference. And I never turned the fuel up or did anything fueling related when i turbo'd.
