    Rear lift block question

Not sure about the blocks, but as long as your u joint angles are greater than half a degree and less than 3 degrees you'll be fine. Driveline angle is easy enough to measure with a magnetic protractor.

Lip of sleeve at bottom of cylinder

If it helps, you can mess up the hones down there as much as you like, so long as the are the piston rings travel is untouched.

    Passing of a member

Oh man... I'm sorry to hear that... I sent him an engine to tear apart for fun a few years ago. Life's too short man. Rest in peace my friend.

So what did you do with your truck today?

Got lost again. Seems to happen a lot. This time @Rmccaig86 joined in his new free candy van (89 e150 with an ADA lift)

While the truck sits unused.. can I/should I soak the cylinders?

If you're looking to clean internals, spike the cr@p out of the fuel system with your favorite flavor of fuel addatives, and then run 1/2 can of seafoam in the oil. Drive it like ya stole it for about 50-100 miles, then change your oil. Any and all deposits should clear right out.

    Cat 3126 motorhome......IT'S ALIVE!!!!

3 way fridges are super nice, but can be expensive. I wish my camper still had its 3 way in it, but someone took it out before I got it.... They work great with a small solar array and battery setup, so you don't use propane all the time.

    Cat 3126 motorhome......IT'S ALIVE!!!!

The control board runs off 12v, the compressor can run off ACV, but still needs the 12v board to run, hope this helps.

    Cat 3126 motorhome......IT'S ALIVE!!!!

That is an alarming amount of tape on the side brother, is the siding splitting? Hope you make some headway on your 12v system. The fridge requires 12v to run by the way

    Cat 3126 motorhome......IT'S ALIVE!!!!

Older axles did that so the hubs were always turning in the way that 'tightens them down' so the forward mocement didn't loosen the right hand thread ones. Eventually they figured out it was stupid and went to hub piloted rims and integrated washer swivel nuts across the board.

    Maxtow gauges

It is rather blurry... But its probably for 160°f? Or maybe you have it in Celsius :smash:

    Which replacement injection pump?

For example, my injectors he built one got stuck open directly after install causing mad fuel knock. He had me ship them back and got them back to me asap, turns out it was a bad batch of nozzles, one was toast.

    Which replacement injection pump?

Justin may be longer than that. He typically does things in batches. I had him build me a pump and a set of injectors, pump was one he had in stock, injectors took a few months to get back. He does nothing but quality work and stands by his product. Try calling him again, best time is early in...

6.9 IDI valve train questions + head gasket job

Correct. I think you can still get them, but I went with just regular style seals, so far no issue. I used a basic Felpro upper gasket set, and it came with them.

6.9 IDI valve train questions + head gasket job

When I redid my heads and the ones on my dads truck, I just put regular push on stem seals, no need to overcomplicate things.

6.9 IDI valve train questions + head gasket job

Shop around, the shop that did the valve grind on my v8 jeep heads only charged $42 per head, but I also had both heads machined, total bill was $280 for machine and valve grind.... Ah heck, I see you're in Portland... Give the guy I used a call for a quote, Hutchins Performance Machine and...
