It's probably time for a new pic of my 60k unicorn.
For you newbies .
I'm probably in a small group of people who owns a sub 100 k truck.
Fwiw
I know of a 6 9 bullnose that allegedly had right @ 500k working miles..
Bullitt proofness aside?
Thinking of the amount of c-6 one could build for the "bullet proof overdrive variants, still zf ftw
Op
I posted a wanted core for you on irate4x4.com
It's probably a longshot.
Long list of possibilities...
Try the atf trick first.
Then look at...
Air intrusion
Fuel drain back
Gummed up Fuel system
Any possibility of Fuel gell?
Helm used to reprint oem manuals be sure to get all the reprints possible.
Someone needs a shakedown run, always a good reason to tow to the lake,ANY lake.
Unfortunately I don't have any help to offer in finding one down here.
Idi used the big block bell pattern right?
Well
Take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt....

My 93 had an ats 093 installed aftermarket, truck had 37k on the clock, it was set at 3 psi.
It's at 14.5-15 psi now.
Running an R &D 80-90 and bb injectors per Justin
There's not a lot of difference between the idi and t versions.
+1 on that.
Don't listen to the guy with a Screamin Jimmy ;Poke
You aren’t going to be able to hit 4k on fuel, you will on deceleration (but try not to)
Eta
Seems like there's another governor spring available but those are usually put in built pumps, there's an unwritten guideline of 100k...

You're not importing anything, it's probably not orag....
Never mind.
Verify shipping both ways first, then let's see how bad it really is to get personal property across the border.
You might be surprised.
You're not going to be in a great position to pick and choose, but if Noone stateside is able to ship to you, then a standyne rep is better than a " I do refix 4 u " moron...
Seems like you could look for a member close to you outside of the Canada border and bargain for a handoff, or wait for...
Didn’t once upon a time' someone talk about " import/export" type companies or agencies....
The ridiculous stuff @ the borders is just stupid.
Good luck o.p.
Calibration is the black/art/ science
Part.
Swapping parts is 1 thing, doing the Injection Calibration is the art.

You At Least want someone that does them regularly.

There are anecdotal stories in the e pump threads of guys forgetting to arm their pumps and driving off.
Optimum?
Probably not.
Going to cold start in winter? Dunno.
Something not touched on often is a manual lift bulb type pump, like some equipment has..
Ok from the looks of it.....
This doesn't have 50k factory on it.
I'm going to say that the spring made it's own groove.
That tensioner had 500 miles on it, and the oem died sometime after I gotit @ 37k oem miles...
Lemme know if you have questions
