    whats the condition of the engine? has it been sitting long? was the engine cold? compression test dont tell you much, just if it builds compression, DO A LEAK DOWN TEST! ALSO, squirt some oil down the cylinders and rotate it a few times. stuck rings can give you false readings

    i would bet that your fuel pump is the issue. one thing i should have done to your truck is install a fuel pressure gauge for this exact reason

    very straight forward. run everything first before you go putting wires in looms and such. wire in relays to the headlights. solder and shrink wrap stuff.

    address the firewall around the clutch area, prone to cracking. delete the firewall to floor pinchweld for turbo downpipe reasons. i also do a little fab to the cowl so that i can pull the 093 turbo in minutes.

    i lowered the trans mount down 2" to the bottom of the cross member and then just clearanced it and welded a piece of pipe to it

    i dont like big screens infront of me. i use a 7 band half din graphic EQ with a bluetooth adapter. 1100 watt system, complete sound adjustability, without sorting through technological preset "tuning"

    spectre itself is a cheap knockoff :D that said, ive used the cheapest off brand F26E equivalent in several trucks. they do have a light coating on the outside. the havnt seen anything on the inside. they work with diesel.

    im calling this project done!!! well, as done as im going to get it! the kid now gets to transport it to Virginia! lots of issues with driveline vibration, and ended up needing a DC driveshaft due to driveshaft angle.. was my first real issue with this, and i learned alot! we are finishing...

    THIS PROBLEM IS FIXED!!! GOT THE np271 AND THE DRIVESHAFT IN, WELDED THE PERCHES AND NEW SHOCK MOUNTS... SHE NOW RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE A DREAM!!! 70 MPH, NO VIBRATION, TRANS IS QUIET AS CAN BE! I AM NOW INLOVE WITH THIS THING AGAIN LOL THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME OUT!
