    SD vs KP D60

That's the nature of a slide-on rotor. There's workarounds... SRW hubs & wheels; SRW hub with dually spacer, etc.

    '97 K2500 stalls after running

Random idea.... Try loosening the fuel tank cap when it's running. Maybe there's a venting issue?

    SD vs KP D60

Not that I'm aware of.... That's why there's big-brake kits in the aftermarket. https://torqmotorsports.com/

Can earlier stub seals be substituted? There was no fuss on my '95.

    SD vs KP D60

I'm not sure those are truly required, unless you want to operate the hubs by vacuum.

    SD vs KP D60

Short of a bent housing, bent C, or C's welded on at different angles.... I've never had a kingpin-60 that couldn't be aligned. I would pick the kingpin 60 for ultimate durability, and available steering correction stuff (if applicable). The SD one has better calipers, and rotors that won't...

    Radiator recommendations for a 1994 E-350 7.3L IDI V8 Diesel

I've seen this kind of discrepancy before with rockauto. Clutch/flywheels, rads, and USA Gear products. I have a feeling that low-rate freight is when the supplier ships direct. $160 is more like what I paid for radiator freight. It still beat local supply pricing by a longshot.

    Radiator recommendations for a 1994 E-350 7.3L IDI V8 Diesel

No, I dont saddle up to any brand. Price-point is my main consideration. Read descriptions/measurements carefully, study product pics. Cross check part #'s for proper application.

How much can i tow ???

With a C6, the most I would try to tow is a single car trailer - like a 7000# one.

Contemplating a diesel engine swap, looking for insight or advice

The DT360 is physically smaller. I did read about a 99-04 ford DT360 swap on one of these forums a few years ago.

    Wheel spacers for duals.

The factory wheels are hub-centric, so the spacer needs to be. The hub gets smaller once you're 1+" away from the lug flange.

    Driveshaft ends

I have always seen the section with the support bearing pressed-on to be forward, and the female-yoke section aft.

Can vegetable oil be mixed with diesel and or wmo?

I believe it blends better when heated. May have to study what the powerstroke guys do - I believe an arrangement of starting and stopping on diesel and swinging over to heated veggie on the fly.

Dana 60 Axle shaft Seal Replacement

Ya, that's the primary/original oil seal. There are additional seals used on newer axles to keep mud out of the tubes.

Dana 60 Axle shaft Seal Replacement

Oh, ok... I see now they are used on the stub axle (not axle tube) when put on other diffs https://downtofab.com/products/spicer-50381?srsltid=AfmBOorXLQwE34_RCI9zvdNXFa9Imu5W5l_YRcQ3Rmwour559glXAeoH I picked this style of tube seal for when I rebuild my front axle...

Do they actually fit? The axle tube is a larger diameter on the superduty.

Dana 60 Axle shaft Seal Replacement

I would do a visual on the bearings (not blindly replace), re-pack inner bearing if changing hub seals. Spindles can be seized into the knuckles. Probably the biggest obstacle (it was for me). Check the seal and caged roller at the stub/spindle interface. Replace if shot or poor condition...

It was 83 the 6.9 was installed for the 84 year.

There's a mixed bag of Chevy (229ci) and Buick (231ci) in the '3.8L' size of the 80's. The Chevy one grew to 4.3L by around 85-86.

    Clutch Fork Interchange

I would be more inclined to think there could be interchange amongst the (older) 4spd clutch forks... 80-86 anyway, possibly late 70's too.

    flat towing?

My Pops had an 11' camper (~3000#) on the truck 95% of the time, and also when towing the hunting rig (Landrover 109 IIA). The brakes never locked up! But as @Nero says, it was illegal to not have brakes. Pops was lucky to never get in an accident, or a ticket.

5.9 12 valve oil filter housing lines

Whatever was on there has probably snapped off. Try an easy-out to remove what's left? It's simply a port to take pressurized oil from for accessory equipment, or a sensor/gauge. What you have is a road-use engine, albeit from a heavier duty truck than a dodge. "Industrial" is a poor label...

    Ford 10.5 spindle repair

If it's the 2-piece style seal (inner rotates within the outer) then you can simply seat the seal with a dab of RTV on the nick. If it's basic lip seal, and it rides right on the nick, then you gotta fill the nick with something. Or maybe there's a seal profile that reaches inboard past the nick.
