    Yes. It in one of the daily drivers. It's the 11 SurperCrew in my sig. The truck has factory tint and the rear glass in the topper is tinted. It does limit night visibility.... but honestly it's no worse than my Excursion with the factory tint.....

    What you are describing is definitely a glow plug issue. The couple second glow and then the clicking (afterglow) indicates the controller is thinking the plugs are hot, when they are not. So either bad connections, or burned out plugs, or both... Easy check of the plugs is to get a test...

    You said the Fuel Switch was out of the equasion, is this the fuel shut off? Is it outside of the pump, or does the pump have a mechanical fuel shut off? I'm more familiar with the Stanadyen pump on an IDI, or the Bosch rotary on the VW's.. so just trying to maybe point you in the correct...

    Indiana used to have an 8,000 Plate and an 11,000 Plate. I think with how all the "half tons" have a GVW over 8,000 now they just did away with it. The official truck plates here have the weight printed on them. We do have the option of using the free "In God We Trust" plates that can be used...
