    Oil cooler rarely lets coolant in the oil. It sounds like you have an internal issue, but don’t cry yet. It could be just the plate behind water pump.

    Mine wasn’t a kit. I removed it from a wrecked school bus. And yes it isn’t a bolt on ordeal.

    I would swap housing, make sure the studs are tight. If they are loose, remove them and clean threads, put a little rtv on the threads and reinstall them using jamb nut to tighten.

    No it’s gone. I have all the photos saved on a Zip drive also. When I finally get a computer at home again I will redo the thread and put it in the tech articles. Just gotta get a computer I like. Been two years now with out one.

    I don’t make them. They were a one off try from a buddy. It didn’t hold up well. Industrial chrome is a lot different.
