I have ordered a new steel line from Diesel Stop on eBay and an emergency line from Accurate Diesel.
I tried three different lines. And another fitting in the IP. I tighten at the pump first then the injection connection. Same results. I tighten much as could.
We will see what the new parts do.
I received a used injector line and IP output fitting from Wes today. I installed both parts and it still leaks.
Do I need to get a brand new line that has never been installed or seated?
My inlet line from the filter head to IP is not leaking. My leak is the #4 IP to injector line at the IP outlet fitting.
Are any seals that go into the nuts? I don't think so. The second picture is the end that is leaking. I cleaned the ends and did not find any deep cuts in the olive...
I put a small ac o-ring on the line between the nut and olive. Still leaking and maybe more. I couldn’t get the line fitting out of the IP to check the seat.
It is leaking where the steel line goes into the nut fitting. It can only be the steel line or the inlet fitting on the IP.
Suggestions...
Tighten the nut and replaced the pipe with the old one I had on hand. Still leaking at the IP. Is there any thread sealer or tape that can be used?
Or, can the fitting in the IP be bad? What is the replacement part?
It the second line from the front of driver side. It’s dripping at the IP end. I will try to tighten it tomorrow with a line wrench.
Thanks for the replies.
My 94 F250 always has a leak somewhere. Added 6.0 trans cooler and leaked after a few days. Removed the front grill and support and bumper three times to stop the leak. The oil pan plug leaked. Wes sent me a new one. Fuel rubber lines to the electric pump leaked. Then the water pump started...
The glow shift MaxTow gauges are not recommended by most; but, they are working great for me. And, my wife thinks she is in the cockpit is a 747.
The white face on the original gauge panel are a stick-on decal. Can be purchased on line, like amazon. Matched my other gauges.

My neighbor does welding. We made lower mounting brackets with one inch square tube and one inch angle. It fits the lower intercooler insulated mounts. Same as on the stickies above.
Not sure what size I have. Mine is between the intercooler in front of the ac condenser. The brace for the front support is in front of the trans cooler.
I have all 4 installed. Radiator, condenser, 6.0 trans cooler and intercooler. The trans cooler and condenser are real close. I put rubber insulator in between them.
I live near Dallas Tx and water is very consistent at 195 with ac on. I have not towed 13k lbs RV yet.
