    Your window motor gear or regulator gears are most likely stripped. This condition may have disconnected the interior door handle rod. Pull the door panel to inspect.

    So what did you do with your truck today?

    Two days. Replaced my 94 F250 Extended Cab front seats and console. Some hacking and fabrication to install 2015 Silverado front seats and console convertible seat. Removed carpet and rear seat. Started peel and seal on the floor for new black rubber flooring. I will post pictures in day or so.

    Plenty of power pulling at 65 to 70 mph. Truck is running smoothly. Pretty sure issue is the intercooler leaks. I need a couple more better clamps to replace the hose clamps. And I will check the 6.0 intercooler for leaks.

    Transmission struggles

    Could be the gauge. The TowMax has digital and needle reading. Digital reading was about 132 and the needle was pegged. After adding the qt of fluid the needle had the same reading as digital. I will keep an on it.

    Finally got enough Freon in. My Harbor Freight gauges was restricting input. AC blowing cold now. Thanks for all the replies

    I put at least 4 cans Freon, leak dye, and 6 oz of oil. I replaced the low pressure switch. If I jump it the clutch will run full time. I can’t get more Freon in the system. Shouldn’t the low pressure be about 30 not 100 and high about 100.

    1994 F250 IDIT. Flushed the system with ac flush and compressed air. Pulled a vacuum. Replace the ac compressor, orifice filter and dryer. Charge the system with oil. Compressor clutch is still cycling on/off. What do I do next?

    :Thumbs Up Finally fixed my fuel leak. Received my new #4 IP to injector line from Accurate Diesel, that sealed the leak. Thanks to all that replied.

    Wes of CDD sent me a fitting from an IP in his shop. I mine to the one he sent. It leaked again. Wes rebuilt my pump last year. He is unsure as to why it’s still leaking.

    I have ordered a new #4 steel line and an emergency line from Accurate Diesel. Parts will be delivered today. After work I will install and pray.
