Well I was gonna start looking for a truck that didn’t have a motor or trans and do it but maybe it would be easier to just change the motor and trans over? Lol maybe a lot less work
So this mite be a stupid question but can you take a 4 door cab and a short box and put on a ext cab long box? The truck is an 89 f250 5 speed 4x4. So is it possible or is that just stupid to ask?! Lol thanks in advance
Man that’s the dual mass fly wheel I would just do the conversion and go to the single. I had a lot of problems with that DMF so I did the conversion and put a new clutch in and my truck is like brand new
I have an 89 f250 7.3 N/A new glow plug system new aluminum radiator it’s a 5 speed 4x4 ext cab. I will post pics as soon as I can. Would like to get $4,000 or best offer.

Cool that’s good to know I’m gonna go out to a local parts yard tomorrow afternoon and see if I can find an axle I would really like to get this and new tires rods on before I put my new tires on. This axle now has just been chewing tires up
So my 89 f250 has the stupid twin I beam crap axle and I want to do a solid axle swap and just wondering how hard it is to do? Should just be unbolting the steering components and brake line then the drive line and leaf spring bolts slid it all out right?
