In post number 7 has picture whats in my radiator. I keep loosing transmission fluid not evidence of it dripping on the ground. I repaired the hard lines to the transmission. Is it possible it's leaking into my radiator due to a bad radiator? Truck doesn't run hot I haven't gotten over 200...
Where can you buy new hard lines for the transmission cooler. Found mine spraying a stream of ATF on the side of my oil pan. Or can I put rubber clear back to where my hole is in the tubing? It's towards the front of the engine Right before the X member
I found the hard line going from the radiator to the transmission to be spraying onto my oil pan, also the T-case is leaking , Even gets better the pan leaks in the corner due to a stripped screw.. It was snugged but had a little drip from that one bolt so gave it a little more of a turn and it...
Yeah I know pictures. for some reason my home computer will not let me open download pictures. I'll try from the office computer later this week.
FORDF250HDXLT : I have a quick question for you since I know you torn into the E40D a few times. When I bought this truck is shift hard onto gears...
I picked up a 94 F 250 4x4 E40D it has a few issues that I didn't catch before buying it. Just want to get a feeling what you might think it is. I'm thinking/hoping oil cooler
Here's my story: The temp and oil pressure gauge in the dash didn't work. So I bought some cheap mechanical gauges...
My slide in camper smashed all my cab lights when I hit a set of railroad tracks a little to fast. Found a set at harbor freight for like $15.00 look fine to me and work as they should.
I'm game for either one, depends when your hosting it. I believe my wife has picked a trip for us to go to Utah in July but It maybe a solo trip for her? I'll know more when time gets closer.
I purchased a ford factory turbo, I'm missing the valve covers and oil line from what I can tell for now. Since I don't have the valve covers is there other options for the glow plug relay and cdr valve. I've seen the RDT option I think it's called. Not real found of smelling like oil all the...
I was planning on going but had to cancel our trip. I would of gladly convoyed with you Heath, Best part I don't have camper tires to worry about. :rotflmao Last year wasn't that great heading home for ya.
I would probably slow you down being a non turbo and hauling my camper. :hail

It defiantly wasn't doing much on my truck since the hose is so full of gunk where it connected to the radiator. Going to pick up some new hose and replace both to the heater coil and delete the Tee if it's not necessary function to the system. If I notice issues then I will order the adapter...
I got a new (champion radiator cc1165) I was changing it out and noticed a hose that runs off the heater coil hoses (factory tee hose) down to the radiator. Of course I didn't get a adapter sent for that hose just a plug with a rubber O-ring but did get the 2 adapters for the transmission lines...
Took off the stock mirrors and fitted these bad boys on to the truck, Then painted them black. Believe I can see around my camper now when I have it on the truck with these mirrors. Kinda liking the look of them on the truck.
What is the difference in the width of a cab n chassis frame vs. Regular Dually?
How can I verify the difference? Measure across the axle from spring to spring or outer rail of frame to frame?
I just got the camper plan to use it to go to the MOB this year in PA. Also plan a few trips that we are going to take. When I'm not traveling the camper will come off the truck. IF I stay somewhere for a whole week I'm taking the camper off at the site most likely.
I just to like to talk...
Truly amazes me what all you have done to your trucks. I may Pm you some questions once I figure out what I'm going to do with the truck.. Maybe I could win the lottery and by a new truck LOL. OH that's right have to play it first to even have a chance to win.
Sorry to hi jack this thread for my own needs..
SO I was looking on the inter web and found a dually rear end out of a 97 F350 has 4:10 ratio which is what I believe to have according to RPM at 65 mph, For $200.00 Will that work on my frame? Would I have to make modifications besides the...
If I used the adapter kit on the rear wouldn't put stress on the lug nuts of the rear axle more than the axle itself? That's why it would be better to do a true axle?
