AIRDOG + IDI ANYONE?

Power steering pump problem
If I was in this situation I think I would just replace the pump- they're inexpensive enough to justify a new one when balanced against the pain in the ass-ness of doing a helicoil and the possibility (probability in my case) of not getting it set just right and having to get a new pump...- BioFarmer93

wellman or motorcraft?
On an '89 7.3 N/A with properly working controller, I installed a fresh set of Wellmans... The first failure occured three days later, and within two weeks three more failed. The tips stayed on and didn't swell, but as far as I'm concerned they aren't worth the cost of the fuel burned to get up...- BioFarmer93

Turning up IP primary pressure?
OK, this is just a theoretical, shoot from the hip, knee-jerk response to the symptoms and I assure you that I'm no diesel guru, BUT- more than anything else, it sounds like something in your fuel system is gelled or solid when cold (no smoke, right?) but when on the heater, or a hot restart...- BioFarmer93

In line fuel filters?
NAPA, 5/16", get two. In order from the selector valve will be a 30micron, then a 10 micron. Do you run an electric fuel pump? If so then place the 30 between the valve and the pump, and the 10 after the pump. If using the OEM lift pump then replace the vertical hard line between the lift pump...- BioFarmer93

I ask because I saw this as I was looking through JC Whitney's site and have never heard mention of it here. Leave the factory intake snorkle or run the box open?
No EGT's sorry, don't have a gauge, but we did put 220 miles on Henry today spraying merrily away with three .015" nozzles @70psi while wading through some typical tropical Florida frog chokers... Brand new injectors o rings leaking
REALLY?!:eek: Wow, I guess I got extremely lucky.. I just cleaned mine well and when I reinstalled them I used vaseline to help them slide into place because the fit was very tight. None of them have leaked a drop, same for the return lines.. Since I didn't get a "kit" from anywhere and 3/16"...- BioFarmer93
