Tech 101 lowering battery tray for OBS G31 batteries.
Kid did some work today...we will get the trays coated now that we know how well batteries fit. Clearly there is room for the group 31 batteries... Thanks for looking.- riotwarrior

Newb water pump questions
Great u got it together...no leaks is awesome...get it warm park on steep hill let heat soak n hope it burps system...or get a vacuum filler that works too. The vid on fans was great and presents a good bit of evidence to swap to electric. Seeing as u need power uphill when running warm and...- riotwarrior

No oil pressure
Being that pressure is a measure of resistance to flow....this is entirely possible.... So blown out cooling squirter or spun shaft....any other spots like oil galley plug may have come out inside engine....that could do it to.- riotwarrior

If you plan on swapping in a part not original to the one you are replacing it behooves YOU to thoroughly research the topic first. No 3G is a direct replacement for a non 3G style alt. You are using their product in an environment that it was not originally installed into and expected...- riotwarrior

Ya and as it is....SALE time I see!!! Can you say SHOPPING So looks like I need to buy 3 cylinders perhaps 4 O2, Acetelyne, CO2/Argon aka blue shield, as well as pure Argon...then have all fixings for some welding and cutting Any reasonable reason to buy tools or tool related...- riotwarrior

With my innsr done I decided to work on outer and its giving me fits with holes blowing through and warping etc...as such here is where I am for now...decided tackle it tomorrow.... As u can see I am blowing through way to easy...just doing spot n go....so have to build it up to patch...- riotwarrior

Well did zome more patching...having heĺla time with too hot....damn 035 flux core is hot on setting 1 A That being said here is todays progress.... As seen innsr patch done...outter is being a real hoo haw to say the least. LOL Thanks for looking.- riotwarrior

why does the slave cylinder refuse to stay in place??
The clip has 2 tabs designed to BITE into the aluminum....they break off and it is hard to see that is the case..juat install it per my tech 101 vid...drill through hole in steel retainer through aluminum and install a bolt...bobs yer uncle n done JM7.3CW Eh!- riotwarrior

So here are some details 4.11 gears 265 x 75 x 16 Toyos Zf 5sp And as seen in screen shot my milage....my speedo is out by about 3 kph at 100 kph or 62 mph... so 3 percent maybe..double gps tested. I fill till I cammot fill tanks no more...spilling out necks...well 1" bslow neck LOL For...- riotwarrior
