Clutch has been smoked and has hot spotted the pp and fw thus creating a likely uneven engaugment but when rolling its easier to not feel that due to less friction needed to make truck go.

Sounds like worn injector/s and IP...air could be getting in though too for power loss...flex line to lift pump at time cracks...and there are several olives on hard lines that over time become work hardened and brittle...air is smaller molecule than fuel...so may leak only 1 way...

Bet could do it less n 40 min....auto...hint...kettle boiling water...pour over bushing soften it some to allow easier pop out and another with some sliptivity...wd40 in...
Electric kettles are so handy IMHO for more n tea....

Hey just a thought....and a bit of work but a CSEK crush sleeve eliminator kkt....that shoul alleveiate the lose nut and keep yoke in good spot.
U might possibly have a worn spline and yoke too which is bad....

A bronco 1356 has a fixed flange rear yoke btw if that helps your decision making....
Psrsonally i would go C6/1356/OD because who really needs OD in 4x4....really..slow down drive in direct....

Made deal on a RC 92 F250 7.3/ZF 4x w dually converted rear...600 RECENT ENGINE WORK New clutch....pull n drop into blue ox....no 2011 so fk it...keep on keepin on
Oip filters have a bypass to so if it gets clogged will send dirty oil to engine instead of no oil.....
Being that its good chance you may need remove engine and dissassemble amd rod out every oil galley to rid block of debris
Well I managed get to pik n pull amd grab an E4OD harness that I needed.
I was on my way to work in kelowna Momday during day so it was awesome to be able take some time for parts searching.
So maybe next weekend I can install it and test again

Older Ford hiboys had a steering system different than ours...the box movement was for amd aft amd drag link was from pitman arm to drivers knuckle....
Now our boxes move left to riflght...this allows a concurrent movement to take place when steering and havi g a significant impact on death...
