Track bar bushings would be 1st on my list. The Cure would be a close second...search here or it How are ball joints? Has it been aligned? How are spring and shackle bushings? What size type of tyres? Rims true? That is about it...i can think of- riotwarrior

TECH 101 Terminal cleaning
Well this vid is Not of electrical connectors but rust on a plate. I did the e4od connector but its still in limp mode. It was terrible light under truck and no way to hold phone and plug and blaster. So here Enjoy... It cleans terminals exquisitly BTW...i will try find some POS wiring to...- riotwarrior

Head pull and replace
Remove springs...push valves out 1/8" 0.125" and wiggle....if lots wiggle...got issue....if ZERO wiggle non issue. DO NOT REMOVE VALVES WITHOUT 1ST MARKING THEM TO CORRESPONDING LOCATION!!!!- riotwarrior

Thanks.... Not sure where what going to do but 1 thing for sure...waiting on that damn manual. Once I get it I will see if its updated ...hope so otherwise was waste $ Still fiddling w e4od currently in truck to get it function correctly. Bad DMF or something else?
Dmf check is easy...pull inspection plate....wiggle dmf forth n back...if real tight not likely cause ...if sloppy could be and likely is dmf.- riotwarrior

94 idi turbo with 87 cab swap revival thread.
1st and formost. Are you SURE ....ABSOLUTELY SURE....you have 4.10 not 3.55 Have you checked the gearing visually???? I thought mine was 4.10 and it was 3.55 Just sayin- riotwarrior

Flywheel bolt snapped during torquing...
What range does your torque wrench have? If its 50-300 it is pretty much useless to ya. Remember to dial down wrench to lowest setting when not in use or 1-2 lbs below....mine is set to 19lbs 20 is lowest setting. This keeps tension off spring prolong life and accuracy JM7.3CW Eh!- riotwarrior

There will be zero activity until said book arrives....then there may be parts ordered slowly...depends on what I choose....easy swap 2wd to 4wd w new seals etc or a complete rebuild w new clutches n steel planetaries etc. Just dont knkw- riotwarrior

Go figure Turbo if for 300 zx is for about 180 cubes or 3 litres 300 six is 4.9 litre or 120 cubes more....its a bizzare idea... And a 7.3 is 7.3 litres or 444 cubes.... Dunno...maybe it will work...turbo guru not I am!- riotwarrior

Ordered an E4OD ATSG manual. This is the first step of my 2wd to rwd conversion. 1st will be tearing down my nfg 4x trans. Gutting it inspecting case amd having it thoroughly cleaned. This will set the stage for the gutting of Brians rebuilt 2wd case and swapping thos guts to my case. Hoping...- riotwarrior

Coolant .... the mystery continues
Your heater core has coolant either remove and flush and drain n dry...or.... Yes evans is the hot ticket item and I for 1 would love to use it...that being said in canuckistan pesos its waaaay to $$pendy for me lol.- riotwarrior
