    If you don’t have access to temp/pressure chart. Low side will be 1/2 ambient temp and high side will be 2 x ambient temp + 10 this will get you close.

    First picture when vacuum was low enough that ac would not come through vents until I got to 1800rpm. I have hydroboost so pedal never changed but brake light didn’t come on solid it flickered though. Second picture after replacement.

    If you have oreilly auto parts they may loan the otc style puller. The oreilly near me had that type, it works as it should and makes the job simple.

    Just don’t try to adjust pump with it running. Put a scribe mark across pump and mount for reference. Then as Selahdoor said, small adjustments.

    I would take out the thermostat so it can fully circulate and run it for awhile. The vinegar should dissolve deposits. I would get some of the scale out of radiator and put in vinegar and see if it dissolves and how long it takes to dissolve before I started. White vinegar is 5% acid 95% water...

    Ford and Chevy both did that for a couple of years to prevent accidentally adding freon through the high pressure side of system. There is an adaptor for that I believe it is 3/16 female to 1/4 male.

    I know this sounds crazy but the best adhesive I’ve found is Shoe Goo. Easy to work with and when it cures it’s going to stay together.
