Not sure how you plan on pulling a 25 psi vacuum when on earth, lol. But let us know how it goes… I’ve always had luck just filling it normally. Maybe I got trapped air but engine has been running for 20 years with no noticeable issues.
I run the amsoil dual bypass filter. Oil analysis comes back as excellent and can easily run 10,000 miles. Mounted the filter head on the frame rail. Super easy access to the filters.
There may be a designated inlet and outlet on the radiator but I don't know that it matters much. You can look in front of your condenser and see if you see another cooler and then just trace the lines. From what I've seen they're in series with the main radiator. Should be pretty easy to see...

I run the dual bypass Amsoil filter setup. It seems to work pretty well. I did some oil analysis at 4.7k miles on the oil. The comments on the oil analysis were...
"Thanks for the note about the by-pass filter you had installed. You can see it's working well with your insolubles reading low...

Also, when I visited Travis in Indiania back in probably 2003...

I just installed hydroboost on my 1992 E-350 along with converting the rear brakes to disc. I used a 1998 E-450 hydrobooster and built my own high pressure lines with a kit from Summit. It was a pain finding all the proper fittings but basically just converted everything to AN fittings as...
