The F series do fit the E series. The only difference is slightly different fan shroud. I had to fabricate some aluminum brackets to make the fan shroud attach properly. I run the 4 core aluminum champion radiator for an F-350 in my 92 E-350.
Stock is not group 31. Group 31 is a much larger battery. The optima group 31 though is narrower than a normal group 31 due to the offset spiracells therefore fits.

I actually ended up donating the turbo to a friend of mine and he used it on a project truck a while back. I am kind of getting worried about parts and such, these things are getting old and it's going to be harder and harder to find stuff.
