Any modded split shot injector will kill your oil supply. In order to keep the hpop up, you will need to go with a set of single shot hybrids. Much like the injectors in my truck, 250cc hybrids. You won't be able to keep the edge tuner, you will need a chip to run the injectors. Did I...- twildman

Oil suggestions for 7.3
I just switched to the Delo 400, and truck is quieter. Seems to like it better. I will get an analysis done (if i remember cookoo ) and see how its doing. FWIW, Advance auto had it cheaper by a little over a dollar over wally world. Of course I found out after the wally world was already in...- twildman

6.0L Intercooler in my 2000
Well as far as the actual install, I put it in when putting in my new motor, so it was very easy from that standpoint. The passenger side intercooler connection is shorter on the 6.0 than the 7.3, so a new boot is needed over there. Other than that, its a straight up replacement.- twildman

Well, Luke's 6.0 intercooler is currently residing in my truck :rotflmao But he did have it in his and it works just fine, he now has the DI IC from DI performance.- twildman

Check engine light
Well, the fix is dual hpops, however, they are not cheap. If you had a chip, the programing could be changed to fix it.- twildman

Prolly the 1211 code, especially if it takes 10 minutes to clear. The juice is jacking the ICP up and the hpop can't keep up with demand.- twildman

DT 530 Injectors in a Powerstroke?
If you can get your hands on the injectors for free.....get them. You can run them in your truck but it will be one smokey, high egt beast. If you add the dual pumps to run them, you will kill your turbo in short order. you will need a turbo, dual hpop's, fuel system, etc etc. I...- twildman
