What can happen?
Don't forget that your truck weighs somewhere around 6000 lbs. Add you, fuel, and load and you use up your tire's rating pretty quickly.- slashbike

OK, so what side is this
The part in question is for the passenger (right) side. It's a bit counterintuitive, but it will work with the stamped "tab" out.- slashbike

Help(Fixed)! Driveline fell out (T-19) from failed U-joint
The red fluid came out of your transfer case, not your transmission. That should be ATF.- slashbike
