Champion Radiators for the IDI
I'm running one, it came with bent tabs and busted trans cooler fittings...but I have a manual, so I negotiated for a rebate on shipping. But back to the radiator. It works great, cools well, leak free, and a big upgrade over my old rad.- pennsylvaniabo

Charging issue.....i think
It fires great running a truck mounted trickle charger for 3 hours each morning with the block heater....but it doesn't have this issue in the summer unless short runs like gathering wood.- pennsylvaniabo

Squeaky suspension, can I spray oil on it ?
Mine makes a bonk sound when the front suspension flexes or on a really bumpy lane. Can't figure that out either other than it is perhaps the add-a-leaf in front, because all is tight.- pennsylvaniabo

So I live close to my work, and drive my truck there daily. This is roughly 1 mile each way. I know not the best for a diesel, but it is what it is. coolant over flow
I am in this same debacle......my factory one broke, ran a milk jug, it cracked, now I am onto a coffee can, but need to get a real catch can. The factory one looks almost like it held a gallon.....any suggestion for a new one? I know LMC has them for $109 but that is insane...- pennsylvaniabo
