winter tires

got a new truck whats the best stuff
just bought a 2001 250 crewcab 4x4 auto. i m going to change all the fluids. wondering what the best fluid to use is and how much i need. want to change the oil. trans fluid coolant also batteries as they seem weak thanks- pat_da_man

i deal with snow tho, and from what i've seen they arent as good. i just dont want the dually cause the're a pain and i dont want to be one of those guys who ripped off their fender LOL. i didnt end up buying the f250 i was lookin at. but its good to know they are similar. i'm looking for a...- pat_da_man

i'd try rotating in your spare to see if anything changes, unless you need new tires anyways. no sense in spending money unless you need to- pat_da_man

i had a terrible vibration in my 4x4, usually when speeding up to get on the highway. it was scary bad, pulling my steering wheel. i replaced a bad tierod and it went away for a few days but then came back. i changed my tire and its gone. i had no idea a bad tire could do that, tire looked fine...- pat_da_man

possibly looking into getting a 99 f250 crewcab 4x4. wanted a one ton but this one looks nice. just wondering what the real difference is between the two? some people tell me nothing but a few leaf springs. is this true or is there more? thanks Patrick- pat_da_man

CL overdrive
i beleive its just what it says, an overdrive. my dad had one on his chevy 6.2. splits your gears kinda like a second transmission made ot so he had 6 gears instead of 3. i might be wrong but i'm pretty sure- pat_da_man

possible new truck?
well thinking about getting this truck http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/car/774044057.html went to see it looks pretty good no rust one rear fender is busted up says it dosent like to start, i noticed the glowplugs cliking right away no delay so i think its probably them engine has 320...- pat_da_man

just a quick question is there anything wrong with sticking fuel pump just after the tank selector but not bypassing the mech lift pump. such that i would have both fuel pumps running?- pat_da_man
