What oil do you use?
I use Rotella T 5w-40 in my crankcase, b&m synthetic trick shift in my 5 speed, and my p/s pump, my rear axle isn't synthetic yet, but currently has Lucas 85w-140 in it.- OkieTruckerD

Added 11 quarts, but dipstick says overfilled?
Don't forget to start it and let it run for a minute. Shut it down then check again after a couple minutes- OkieTruckerD

Thank you, I was also looking at the injection pump on usdieselparts.com, where they install a steel sleeve in the advance. Any thoughts on that?- OkieTruckerD

Help getting wheel studs in hub/rotor assembly
A cordless impact gun, and turn the lug nut around (flat side to rotor). If you have aftermarket wheel lug nuts, use a couple of junk washers.- OkieTruckerD

Thank you all for your input on this matter, come to find out, the metal fuel by the pass. side exhaust manifold is the issue, it's been shaking hands with the frame rail. The question now is...Rubber, or metal replacement, if rubber, what size?- OkieTruckerD

Update- I went to start my truck yesterday, and the only way it would attempt to start was if I had my foot to the floor. I'll try the ATF in the filter, and look for the leakage in the system.- OkieTruckerD
