Thank you. I like your "B" model. I drove a '62 "B" with a tri-plex. The passenger seat was a medal fold-out chair, and there was two bath towels on the floor (wrapped around the bottom of the shifter). No power anything. The steering, the brakes, the transmission, and the windows...

Amen to get'n it right before it hits the road. I had a list of goodies for my '96 T-600, and didn't "Git-er-done" BEFORE hitting the road. And, I spent the better part of my 'spare' time (missed alot of fish'n trips and family time) with my head under the hood.

    Gooseneck ball position

Yes, 1-4" in front of the axle is correct. Mine is 2" in front. Double-check your load......even the tanks. If you have a 100 gal. tank, @ 8lb.s per gal, that's 800lb.s in front of your GN hook up. You could move the existing tank back, prior to buying two new smaller ones - - - and see how...

    22.5s on a dually-what width wheels??

Yes, there are several options. Do you want Single Rear Wheel (S.W.R.) or Dual Rear Wheel (D.R.W.)? S.R.W.= www.stocktonwheel.com, they will make to order steel rims for whatever tire you want, with whatever bolt pattern you have. = www.ricksontruck.com, they have both...

KingRanch Driving like any other job is all in what YOU make of it. I have a college degree, but enjoy driving (always have). I enjoy meeting people, seeing the sights, and visiting all the places others only dream of. Yes, the weather can be a ******, b-u-t so can traffic...

    22.5s on a dually-what width wheels??

I believe the 8.25 rims will work. 255 and 265 tires will work on 6.75, 7.5, and 8.5 inch rims. The suggested size is 7.5, but it will work on the other two. As far as prices: 19.5 tires= $359.00 - $489.00 retail. This will be close to the prices of 22.5s, but......if you know any truck...

    wheels ideas

KingRanch What size rims are you running now? Are you hauling much? Are you getting good mileage out of your present tires? The tire you are looking at are 33" tall and 12.25" wide. Nice look, but call local tire or four-wheel drive shops for size, offset, and whether or not they will...

KingRanch I am thinking about putting 19.5 rims on my F-350. I have seen American Force Wheels, Rickson Truck Wheels, and Alcoa. I think I want to run 285/70R19.5 tires. Any comments or suggestions???
