    Windshield washer fuid that has a % of **** the **** is fuel suposed to help pre ignite the diesel/oil mix. I will mainly use water to help ceep engine clean. I do have 1 gal of alcohol will mix it when temps get below frezzing.

    Rail psi

    What is normal psi at idel and top end with 80 hp over stock injectors on a 03 dodge cummins ? Does have a fass 95 lift pump every thing else is stock. No programers ever used on truck. Getting 4800 to 5200 psi at idel and 12000to 14000 psi at 65 on hwy.

    Fuel heater location

    I installed downline from lift pump and first 2 micron spinon filter I added before stock filter set up. The Vegtherm Mega heater is a inlne about 12 inches long that I straped to return line to tank so it will allso heat fuel returning to tank. It gets very hot to touch very fast .

    Dont know It pumped 5 55 gal dums of wmo for 3 days each time. It can pump 55 gal in 1 hr so it pumped somthing like 6000 gal before it snaped. I will get some spairs for the future.It is designed to shear before pump or motor damage if something gets in pump gears.I checked didnot see...

    Talked to oberdorfer pumps today they are mailing coupling today no charge. This is a plastic coupling that goes between steel motor shaft and bronze pump shaft. It is desiged to shear to protect motor and pump.
