So what did you do with your truck today?

Exactly. That's the only real problem I had with him.

Should I pull the trigger or wait until I have my engine torn down?

Dump a quart in the crankcase and leave it. You can treat it heavier if they tell you but you don't need to flush the kreen out if you just substitute one quart. The old bottle before the rebrand said to leave it in the oil. Pretty sure that's just them covering their backside in this lawsuit...

Should I pull the trigger or wait until I have my engine torn down?

Unless you have reason to suspect serious damage internally run a quart of Kano Kreen through the oil (Amazon has it). It made a huge difference in my oil consumption and is at least worth a shot unless you WANT to pull the motor apart. That said I would wait to order rings until you see the...

So what did you do with your truck today?

Reminds me of another member we had on here briefly that was saying he was on the engine r&d team and there was no point to studs as they didn't do anything. Remember him?

So what did you do with your truck today?

In all honesty they probably figured if that candle isn't enough to see to fix it you'd be calling a tow truck anyway LOL

So what did you do with your truck today?

That was the big thing for me too. I've seen enough pictures of burnt up dashes to not want anything more going through the headlight switch!

So what did you do with your truck today?

Totally unnecessary. Yes Ford got it right the FIRST time! Sorry I'll see myself out

So what did you do with your truck today?

Would like to do something bigger but it's looking like an IDI is all that's going to fit without cutting. Would like to eventually hop one up with a big pump and an R&D turbo kit, would like to get around 300hp (plan on hauling with it). DT466 would be ideal but I'm pretty sure they're too...

"Tank" my 91 Crew Cab Dually

I'm absolutely shocked. Not 6 inches away the frame is literally gone, but the bolts still came out of the driveshaft with very little fight. Also, vintage 1989 F350 frame for sale, no lowballers I know what I have.... (Some assembly required)

"Tank" my 91 Crew Cab Dually

I suppose I could, however I have another crossmember here. I'm not sure if it's E4OD or 2WD ZF5, but I'm just going to modify it with a piece of pipe. At least that's the current plan.

Uhh... Yeah.... I didn't realize that step was attached to the cab hahaha In my defense I TRIED to unhook everything first LOL

"Tank" my 91 Crew Cab Dually

That's premium NY road salt for you.... That coupled with years of sitting. The two combined is a horrible combination. Even the leaf springs are rotting apart.

Last Saturday I brought home a new project :D 1951 Ford F7. I have exciting plans but have to finish other projects before I can consider starting this one... :(
