C3500HD Bed onto F450

Thinking of buying 2004 F450 only 89,000 miles to replace my 2000 C3500HD with 189,000 miles Is it possible to put the Utility bed from the GMC on to the Ford. The Ford has a 12' stake bed on it now and the GMC bed is 12'
