ZF5 questions

I sold my ZF5 speed and transfer case tonight. The guy had two questions that I could not answer and i am hoping that someone here can.
First a little info. Tranny came out of a 1990 F350 with a 7.3. He is going to put it in a 86 F250 with a 6.9.
1) Will the 6.9 starter work with the flywheel? Or does he a starter off of a 7.3? He's worried about tooth count differences
2) His truck has a C6 with a 205. Will the 205 bolt up to the ZF?

2. yep but I think he will have to do a little clearancing with a grinder, I belive for the linkage.
