Ok i talked about in my last post about starting difficulty and did what you all said to do and it helps but the starting trouble still continues. Im now dead set that it is a wiring issue. So here it goes. When the truck is completely cold when you turn on the ignition switch the glow plug light comes on and the lift pump starts. Well after it gets warmed up and you turn the truck off and try to start it agian no glow plug light no lift pump and a bit of cranking to get it started. No i know i have ground to clean up and such but while looking over the wiring harness i would see i found a redneck wiring job. there is a wire with a plug on the end that comes out of the wiring harness to the junction box on the firewall. in the end of this plug there is a paper clip with electrical tape around it. with as long as this wire is it looks like it could reach to the glow plugs on the pass side. I dont know much about wiring but i have some pictures of the plug and wire and the ground.
