Alrighty, so i was basically wondering if anyone knows just how the engine gets it power. On my 79 i have been using an old ignition wire to run the IP. Only the IP because there seemingly wasnt enough juice to run the IP and GP controller. Now im wanting to move the GP controller out onto the firewall, or onto the fenderwell, and figured i might as well wire it up right. Plan as of right now is to use the above mentioned unused ignition wire to power the solenoid that sends juice to the engine harness.

Basically, i just want both my IP and GPs to get key on power and do it right, and the less work / cheaper it is the better.

Also, if anyone knows the load the wire needs to run the fuel cutoff solenoid, high idle, timing advance, and GP controller, that would be great.
