have a 06 duramax lly that will start but dies after couple sec. like you turned off the key. have no interior lights radio cluster etc. except the seats. checked all the fuses .think might be bcm ?

Check for any loose harness connections, and make sure all your grounds are intact. When did the problems start?

bought from an auction so don't know to much about it.checked all conections have had them all apart no corosion ,checked fuse all good,

Ok, I was trying to avoid this but pull the computer and check it against a new one. I don't like to spend the money if it is a simple thing. Has the truck been in an accident or had flood damage?
