so is it plug and play or do you have to mess with the head light wiring harness?

You can cut and splice the new ends onto the existing harness.
Which makes it the perfect time to do the headlight relay mod.
PO did that already to both the low and high beams.
i REALLY scored with the work/love the PO put into my truck

all i did was clip the different ears off the headlight sockets to fit in the newer headlight. saved on wiring!

You will have to do some fabbing to get the bumper on. The 92-96 frame horns are very different from the 87-91 frame horns. I swapped a 95 clip onto my 85 F-250, but had a homemade bumper to put on.

I completely forgot about the bumper mounts, Nothing a little fabbing wont fix.
Here is what the mount on the truck looks like on a 92+
I cannot seem to find a single picture of the mount I fabbed up though...Just use your imagination on making a mount, just make sure you use some good metal.

I'm gonna have to fab some new brackets to put the bumper from my 85 on to my 93. I also have to get some add-a-leafs to compensate for the extra weight.
