What is a reversed engine wiring harness?
i just read this answer to the
exact same question from a V2Neal over at the drama stop:
Inquiring minds want to know?
When I rebuilt the engine, I decided to relocate the GP controller to the passenger side fender. In the process of laying it all out I ran the wiring harness backwards per say. I took the harness all the way apart and laid it out wire by wire. the only wires that ran to the back were the ones for the GP controller and a wire for the factory oil pressure sender. All of this made it necasary to shorten the wires which I did with the aid of solder and heat-shrink. So basicly what I have is the GP wires coming to the front of the engine, merging with the rest of the wiring and going to the passenger side fender. It's really quite sanitary, and my GP controller isn't getting cooked by the turbo. Seemed easy to do and was FREE.
