I've heard good things about Beru, but also there a bit pricey.

What is the lowest price, yet best plug you can get?

There's few, if any here that would tell you to get anything but a Beru. Pricey maybe, but cheap insurance against removing the heads to retrieve a swollen, broken off glow plug tip. They'll also last longer than pretty much anything else, so in the long run they're cheaper. I got mine for just under $10 each plush shipping, but would gladly pay double that for the peace of mind. Heard too many horror stories to trust anything else.

oh.. so these Beru ones are fairly cheap? HAH I thought they were like some ungodly number like 40 a plug or something.. sounds Do able! thanks guys.

Make sure you get the ZD9s for your 87, they switched over that year from the spade to the bullet types. 83-86 uses ZD-1-A 87-end of IDI uses ZD9.
