I'm sure my 2000 has one..what is the Maintaince involved with this??? Is there a Filter?? Help

Look staight down behind the black plastic guard on top of the engine about 6". You will see a yellow plastic handle. Turn this handle 90 degrees to empty any water you may have in the bottom of the fuel bowl.
It looks like THIS.
Can't remember the maintenence schedule but I do mine about every 5-10K.
