Anyone have experience installing one of these FIPLs? Looks like orientation matters. The adapter has a flat lever that can either go above or below the marks in the FIPL. There is also three mounting holes for the whole bracket but I only have two screws so I’m hoping to get it lined up. I want to say after looking the stuff up as the adapter lever turns with the IP it creates different voltage signals which are then returned to the transmission for efficient shift points.
I want to say I could just install it and then drive and see how it shifts but getting at them star points to mount the unit is not the easiest access!
