U.S. Gear Dual Range & c6 off '87 CC

Converting the '87 CC in my sig to zf5 4x4 so my U.S. Gear Dual Range with c6 and front driveshaft is up for sale, it shifts as it should and is still in the truck $1,000 obo located near Peoria, IL.

Is it a 4x4 unit that goes between the transfer case and transmission? Overdrive or underdrive?
