Turbo install. ... Am I missing something?

Is this a piece of the downpipe, or is it an exhaust coupling of some sort? The piece that is broken is cast and the rest of the pipe is galvanized steel exhaust pipe.
Second, where can i get one? Looks like the pipe from here: http://www.oilburners.net/articles/ladymooseturbo.html

The long piece of pipe is the Crossover pipe that Feeds the Turbo. That cut curved piece is part of it.
The Round Piece(that's jagged) is the Turbo DownPipe. Hope this helps. Good luck on the Install.
