turbo blowing oil out of intake side

so my turbo is blowing oil out of the intake side of the turbo, dont really know much about these trucks so what needs replaced? seals?

It's very possible that it's your PCV breather. Do a search on the PCV mod.
Oil mist from the PCV breather gets into the intake and makes a slimey mess out of the intercooler tubes, connector boots and intercooler. When the connector boots get oilly, they like to blow off under high boost pressure.

If the problem persists after doing the PCV mod, then it's a turbo shaft seal.

Check the inlet side of the turbo for oil, if so its coming from the crank case vent. If its pretty much dry, its you turbo shaft seals. Time for a rebuild on your turbo.
