TSB - No Start

I recently dealt with a no start situation on my '06. Batteries are good, but once I clicked the key over to start the truck, it wouldn't even try to crank. I've heard there's a TSB on this issue... but could not locate it. Can anyone point me to it?

I assume Dodge knows of the issue and the fix is free... (?)
