I put a used 6.0 motor in my truck and at first it was hard starting but started when cold..I had the computor reprogramed and seemed to be fine.then it got where going to start up it would not even turn over,,,waited a few minutes and turned the key again and start right up..Now it want hit at all..I have two new batterys,check all fuses and checked wiring all the way to the starter,everythings clean and tight..when I turn the key in start mod I have fire...any body have any ideas,,,HELP,,,, I have another question,,,,,,,,,,my 05 6.0 had 2 alternators but the 06 motor only had 1 alternator,when I put the 06 motor back in my truck I only went with the 1 alternator...should I have put both back on or is the one ok
