Sorry if this was covered, searched here and google and cant find the answer!
I am looking at bringing home a same year model truck as mine, 1993. I have a 7.3IDI with the E4OD. From what I was aware of, this was the "light and medium duty transmission" and they were also put in 1 ton dually F350s...
But is the same E4OD put into this F550 GAS?
It has pieces and parts I want and if the Transmision is the same I will rebuild it to mate to my truck in the near future. I would like to tow the entire truck home but my "events coordinator" is also the "organizational logistics manager" and lets just say she isn't keen on the idea of time spent bringing home another diesel project or the space it will consume.
