I am installing the new wicked wheel 2 in my turbo on my early 99 psd. there site has instructions but dieselite has left out tq specs on the two bolts that bolt the turbo to the pedestal and for the 4 bolts that bolts the intake side of the turbo housing. does anyone have a manual with these specs? I am changing the wheel because I have turbo surge with this early 99 turbo I know many say they still have the old wheels in them but dieselite said some have the late 99 wheels in them and the turbo surge wasn't as loud as many have posted on youtube but still there. I disconnected the waste gate controller or unplugged the air line off it but still wonder if it can pop open under boost?

thanks for the link, I did find one of the tq specs I was looking for on there. that is the turbo of the obs trucks mine is an early 99 and the turbo bolt to the pedestal with 2 bolts. I still need those tq specs. I know I have seen video's of people using impacts to get the wheels off but dieselite says in bold print do not do that so I spent the time and removed the turbo and not that bad to do. took me 4 hrs to remove the turbo, pain in the **** but not that bad. the ww2 came with new pedestal o rings and no I did not eliminate the ebpv. I only use this truck for pulling my toyhauler now and for the few times I use it in the winter I do like the ebpv but had I gotten the warm up tune with my dp tuner I would've.

the wheel in the pic is the one that came out of the turbo. I bought this truck with 80k miles on it and have never changed it. the truck now still only has 86k miles on it but the surge at 19 to 21 lbs boost is concerning. you can see in the one pic where I have it in the vise that there is 2 bolts that bolt it to the stand. you can only see 1 bolt hole in the middle in the pic.
