So my plan is to run the blow by through my home brew oil separator, and dump it back into the intake.
Question is: should I dump right into the intake, or should I run it through the cdr and back into the intake?

Option 1: weld a 1" hose bung to the CAI
Option 2: mount the CDR right on the CAI

Near as I can tell, the addition of the CDR would only be for prevention of a runaway.
But, to run away, the engine would have to suck oil through about 6 feet of 1" hose, an oil separator, then through the turbo, and finally through about 6 feet of 2.5" tubing and the intercooler before it could be ingested into the engine and burned.

Doesn't seem like a runaway situation would be very likely.

Well, I think cdr is your least of worries in a runaway situation. Usually going to be caused by the turbo seal letting go. And yes, it will go through the intercooler.
Personally, with your oil seperator, I probably wouldn't run it.
My psd doesn't have anything like that, just a deal sitting on the valve cover with what looks to be steel wool in it, then straight to the intake.
