steering wheel/horn options

ok well my horn doesnt work for some reason..im thinking its due to the fact that the horn/steering wheel i have came off of a pre 87 f series truck with cruise control..where mine is an 87 non cruise control.. so where can i find a new steering wheel w/horn thats not outrageously expensive? id even consider a stock one but can not find any.

forgot to ask what i should tap into for the illumination for my gauges.. already grounded, what wire should i use to power them?
