Speedo Adjustment/Calibration

I just put larger tires on my 94 2500 (5speed) and now the speedo if off by about 5 mph, i know in jeeps you can buy replacement gears for the speedo sensor in the tcase that have ratios based on your tire size and axle ratios, anyone know how the speedos work on the dodges and if you can calibrate them
