why is it that when I sign in on the front page, it still asks me to log in and I have to go to any link to make it appear that I'm online?

Probably a cookie issue. Have you tried clearing your cookies?

It's probably because that computer you are using at work (screwing off and stuff) has cleared the cache.

I clear the cookies everytime I close the computer. but I've finally had time to sign on at home and see it isn't an issue here, so I'll look into other things at work.

thats cuz he is in the cookie jar..................when my puter messes up the wife has to come in and clear some nookie cookies............maybe try that and see if it helps
