Shocks for 1991 F350 DRW Rear Wheel Drive Stock Height - Bilstein 5100?

I'm in the market for some shocks for Project Brownie and had hoped to get Bilstein 5100, but unless I'm mistaken, they're not available in this configuration - 1991 F350 DRW Rear Wheel Drive Stock Height. I'm seeing 4x4 shocks and lifted shocks, but nothing for stock height RWD.

Anyone have any luck sourcing 5100's for this application?

I recently (almost 2 years ago) installed 4600's on front and back. Its a 91 F250 stock height and seems like they are doing a good job so far. Did a quick search and see your dilemma.

I had the same issue when looking for 5100s for my truck. When I called they offered to look up shocks based on specs if I measured, for what that is worth. I'm doing super duty axle swaps so I'll likely need to take them up on that.
