Separate Brake and Turn Signal Lights

I have a hard time deciding if bright tail lights and brake lights would be confusing to some people who view through a dirty windshield or fog. Heck a lot of people I see on the roads have no clue how to use them, maybe they don't understand turn signals.

most people cant understand how to fill up a tire.
run what you like, make sure youre legal, and have a big bumper. one that destroys the car thats going to rearend you.
