A mechanic I know had a brandnew Ford Ranger back in the early 90s he was carrying some kind of center section out of a rear axle (big axle) it was held in the center of the box with ratchet straps. Somehow it barrel rolled and wound the straps up and sucked the box sides in he had to cut the straps to release the tension.
