I believe that you do have to replace them when going from a E4OD to a ZF5.

That's what I thought too. Picking up the floor plate, clutch pedals and cross member next week.

After I sell this 7.3 powerstroke I'll get the clutch/flywheel and other necessities. Sadly I still have it

Interesting way to get the shift boot to attach... I converted my CC from auto to zf, and I just moved the zf body plate that came off my 2wd over to the CC and everything just lined up.
